Home Sweet Home
This ride is to my childhooh home and I am looking forward to it. This planned six hour ride will likely take about twice that as I meander on and off the route, taking stops as I please.
- Planned stops in Iowa include Decatur City, Corydon, Promise City, Centerville, Bloomfield, Farmington and Keokuk.
- Now I will be riding on roads that I traveled frequently as a teenager and while in college. Stops in Illinois include Carthage, Colchester, Macomb, Oquawka and Keithsburg. From 1984 to 1988 I went to college in Macomb at Western Illinois University. Hopefully I can ride around the area, visit a few people there that I still know.
